The attached picture is of a recent installation of a Trane 4-ton Gas – A/C packaged system. The new Trane HVAC system replaced a 20 year old system that was no longer an asset to the company. After analyzing the information for the new system compared to keeping the old system. The company realized that the payback for the investment in the new system would be less than 7 years.
