Customer Reviews, Google Reviews, Facebook Reviews, BBB Reviews and more.

We encourage our customers to review our business practices and ethics. Good or Bad! Why? Because we want to learn from every interaction with our customers.

We ask ourselves. What can we do better? What do we need to keep doing that is effective and good for the customer? Is there an business issue that needs to be addressed now or in the future? Do we add value to our customers trust every time we make a promise? How can we be an asset to our customers now and in the future?

But, most importantly, do we behave and interact with others in a way that would give praise and glory to God? We do not ever want to misrepresent ourselves to others in any way. If we make a mistake we want to make it right! We do not want to make a promise and not keep it, if we can not keep the promise how did we fail? Humbly we must ask ourselves all the questions needed to be better at what we do!

So please, feel free to give us your feedback. Use the links below or call us directly at 405-618-2247 or email me at gcollins@airokc.com and I will respond immediately.

Thank You  for the reviews in the past and in advance for all the reviews in the future. They are greatly appreciated!

Do I have a Heat Pump or a Normal HVAC Heating System?

Heat Pump Thermostat The easiest way to tell if you have a Heat Pump is to look at your thermostat and look at the options you have. If your thermostat  has a switch for Auxiallary Heat or Emergency (Back-up) Heat you more than likely have a Heat Pump installed in your home or business. The next way to determine if you a Heat Pump is to set your thermostat to Heat and walk to your outiside unit. If your outside unit is running with the thermostat set to Heat you have a Heat Pump. If you switch the thermostat to Aux or Emergency Heat the outdoor unit should power off and the back-up heat will begin to work and you should  feel warm air coming from your vents.   Ruud AC Condensing Unit These are just some basic steps to review the type of HVAC system you may have and is not infallable, but it can steer you in the right direction.
